Oh no, we’re homeless!
We sold the beach house off the market and now have a signed contract and a close date of June 15, so we’ll comfortably have the money before we split. Our plan is to move on or around July 15.
We’re awaiting the final paperwork for the sale of Theo’s place in Bad Breisig, Germany, but that one’s gone as well.
So that will leave us homeless… 😀
